3A 12V Solar Charge Controller
A solar charge controller is necessary in Solar Cell/Pannels. Current is generated by the solar PV Cells and passed to Charge controller. From Charge controller it will go to battery. You can also charge Lipo battery by connecting to Discharge cable of the lipo battery. Charge controller is used between the battery and the solar panels.
